Gender Diversity in the Workplace

Inclusion and diversity are qualities that businesses strive to incorporate, yet where is the road map for supporting a gender-diverse employee and their co-workers? Beyond the employee’s needs, employers are negotiating the challenges that come with this inclusion. Societal misperceptions, stigma, and inaccuracies associated with gender-diverse people are hard to overcome and available resources that could guide that process are difficult to find.
